Used & scratch-and-dent appliance shops

Customers see your floor before they drive over.

A website that shows exactly what's in stock, with photos and prices. You add an appliance by sticking a label on it and scanning it with your phone. When it sells, you scan it again and tap Sold.

You don't set anything up. I brand the site, load your first 50 appliances from your photos, and walk you through it in person.

Your inventory is great. Nobody can see it.

The phone rings all day with the same question.

“Do you have a 30-inch gas stove?” You stop what you're doing to walk the floor and check.

Facebook posts get buried.

You post, it scrolls away, you post again. Sold items stay up and new ones never get seen.

Buyers can't come by during business hours.

Landlords, contractors and out-of-town buyers want to know what you have before they make the trip — or they buy new instead.

How it works on the floor

No typing model numbers into a laptop. Everything happens on your phone, standing next to the appliance.

Stick a label on it

You get a roll of printed QR stickers. Peel one off and put it on the appliance.

Scan and snap

Scan the sticker with your phone camera, take a photo, fill in brand, price and condition. It's live on your site.

Scan again when it sells

Scan the same sticker, tap Sold, and it disappears from your site right away.

What you get

Your own site, your name on it, with nothing for you to maintain.

Your storefront

A live inventory site with your branding

Customers browse by type, brand, size and price, with photos of the actual appliance — not a stock picture.

Leads

Inquiries straight to you

Every listing has an “is this still available?” button that comes to you, with the item attached so you don't have to ask which one.

Admin

Run it from your phone

Add, edit, re-price and mark sold from the shop floor. Print new sticker sheets whenever you run low.

Launch

Loaded and ready on day one

Send me photos and details, and I load your first 50 appliances, set up your branding and business info, and walk you through the admin.

See it working

Try the live demo shop.

Browse it like a customer would. This is the same system your shop gets, with your name and inventory on it.

Coming next In progress

A regional directory that sends buyers to your shop.

Landlords and property managers replace appliances constantly, and they hate calling around. I'm building a directory that searches every participating shop's live inventory at once and alerts buyers when something they need shows up nearby.

Shops on the system are listed automatically. The first shops in each area get there first.

Fifteen minutes to see if it fits your shop.

Book a 15-minute call I'll come by the shop if you'd rather talk in person.

Before you book

The honest answers to what most owners are actually thinking.

Do I need a website already?

No. You get your own site. If you do have one, we link the inventory from it.

Can my staff use it?

Yes. If they can scan a QR code with a phone camera, they can add and sell items. Nobody needs a computer.

What if I have hundreds of appliances?

The first 50 are loaded for you at launch. Beyond that you can add them as you go, or I can load more for you.

Can someone else keep it up to date?

Yes — there's a managed option where I keep your listings current from the photos you send, so you never open the admin.
