HVAC contractors · DC, MD & VA
Fill the schedule before the heat wave does.
Every missed call texted back while you're in an attic. Every tune-up customer reminded before the season hits. Every unit you touch on file, from one photo. I build it and install it — you keep running calls.
Live in days, not months. Keep it only if it's clearly paying for itself — otherwise we shake hands and you owe nothing further.
The work is there. It slips out between jobs.
On the first hot week, people call down the list. If you're on a roof and they get voicemail, you never hear about it.
The customers who already trust you forget to call until something breaks — and then they Google.
Model, serial, install date, filter size. Warranty registration gets put off and forgotten, and the next visit starts from scratch.
What the system does for an HVAC shop
Four pieces, set up around how your shop already runs. Start with one; add the rest when the first one pays.
Missed calls, texted back in seconds
When you can't pick up, the caller gets a text from your business number before they dial anyone else. Replies land in one inbox and ping your phone.
Text to the callerSorry we missed you — this is [Your Company]. Is this for cooling, heating, or something else? Reply here and we'll get you on the schedule.
Tune-up reminders that know the equipment
Reminders go out before each season, worded for each customer's system — age, last visit, what you found — with a link to book.
Pre-summer reminderHi Dana, your AC is 9 years old and hasn't been checked since last May. Want us out before the first heat wave? Tap to pick a time.
Snap the data plate, done
The tech takes one photo of the unit's data plate. The system reads the brand, model and serial and puts them on the customer's record.
- Unit age feeds the tune-up reminders automatically
- A reminder to register the warranty before the deadline, with the details filled in
- The next tech arrives knowing the filter size and history
Replacement quotes that chase themselves
A system replacement quote is the biggest ticket you write — and the easiest to lose to silence. Follow-ups go out on a schedule until the customer says yes or no.
- A check-in two days after the quote
- Answers to the questions they're too shy to ask
- You see who's warm and who's gone
Fifteen minutes to find out what it's costing you.
The pilot guarantee
If it isn't clearly paying for itself, you don't keep paying for it.
We agree on a proof-of-concept price before I build anything — no surprises, no retainer you have to escape. I install the system, we run it in your business, and then we look at the results together.
If it's winning you jobs or giving you hours back, we grow it. If it isn't, we shake hands and part ways, and you owe nothing beyond the pilot we agreed to.
Before you book
The honest answers to what most owners are actually thinking.
I already use ServiceTitan, Jobber, or Housecall Pro.
Then we probably don't replace it. If what you have mostly works, I fill the gaps around it — the texts, the reminders, the follow-ups it isn't doing for you.
Do my techs have to learn new software?
No. Anything they touch works from a text message or a phone camera. If it needs training, I built it wrong.
Do you register warranties for me?
The system collects the model and serial from the photo and reminds you — with everything filled in — before the registration window closes. The final submit stays with you, because manufacturer portals are tied to your dealer account.
What does this cost?
Pilots are priced case by case, and we agree on the number before I build anything. One recovered install should pay for a long time of it.
